Abstract
Stratalink Labs proposes the first liquidity verification oracle on Canton Network - open-source Daml contracts (Orchestrator, AttestationRequest, Attestation, compliance observer) that enable institutional participants to verify real, tradeable market liquidity within on-ledger settlement workflows. Joint delivery by IntellectEU and Stratalink. 518,000 CC grant request over 8-10 calendar weeks / 4 sprints (M1: 104k CC build, M2: 181k CC build + adoption, M3: 233k CC adoption-heavy). Repriced 5 August 2026 (CC $0.1036) - underlying £40,000 ask unchanged, volatility revisit clause added (3-6 months). 80% of funding tied to adoption milestones. Stratalink co-invests internal resources. Fourteen venues already live off-chain.
