Abstract
This proposal delivers a production-grade Hard Domain Migration platform for the Global Synchronizer, including coordination workflow, pre-flight validation, migration attestation, history continuity, and operator/developer tooling. Its value to the Canton ecosystem is making a recurring, protocol-critical operational event more supervised, auditable, reversible, and survivable for Super Validators and validator operators.
