Abstract
Canton upgrades and synchronizer migrations are high-stakes moments where small mistakes can turn into downtime and long incident threads. Canton Migration Lens (CML) is a lightweight, offline-first tool that validates ACS snapshot exports and produces deterministic, redacted “migration evidence” (inventory, fingerprint, diff) so operators can prove what state they moved; before and after a change without touching production state.
