Abstract
Teams shipping financial Daml applications to institutions each decide alone what adversarial security coverage means, and rebuild the security evidence from scratch for every client review and audit. That slows institutional go-lives on Canton. DAWE delivers a Daml Security Pattern catalogue, a scenario convention and fixture library built on submitMustFail and Splice's checked variants, three reference financial suites, a CI runner that emits reviewer-ready evidence, and a review checklist that defines a "DAWE-conformant" suite. This directly answers RFP 22's call for testing methodologies, common vulnerability patterns, review checklists, reference implementations, and CI/CD integration. The final 20% of funding is paid per external adopter (teams other than Sigli).
