Abstract
This proposal delivers an open-source suite of DPM components for the post-deployment layer of the Canton developer workflow: inspecting live ledger state, submitting transactions, recording runs, estimating traffic costs, and running reproducible tests. Every command ships as a native dpm verb on a thin orchestration layer over the JSON Ledger API and PQS, with no new ledger functionality and no changes to Canton internals.
