Abstract
This proposal has two distinct parts. They do not depend on each other, and each has its own milestones, payments and acceptance. Part 1 (RFP #14) is a mobile signer for the Wallet Gateway. The user's party key stays on the phone, and dApps that already use a Gateway need no change. Part 2 (RFP #17) is a Swift and Kotlin ledger SDK. Mobile apps use it to read and submit transactions through a participant's JSON Ledger API v2. It holds no signing keys. Engineering is 680,000 CC (Milestones 1 and 2). Up to 570,000 CC (Milestones 3 and 4) is paid only for verified independent use on mainnet.
