Abstract
SyncVotes is an open-source DAO governance application with its own integrated wallet, live on Canton MainNet (https://syncvotes.com), TestNet (https://test.syncvotes.com) and DevNet (https://dev.syncvotes.com). Communities create DAOs, submit proposals and vote with member-held keys; membership and settings changes are executed on-ledger. The unchanged 700,000 CC request recognizes delivered work and funds a DAO treasury with multisig control, proposal-based payouts and BitSafe DM integration for independent-operator control.
