Abstract
This amendment makes the volatility stipulation in the approved proposal operational before the Milestone 3 vote. It defines an absolute 20% trigger, the CoinGecko reference source, a symmetric recalculation formula, rounding rules, and applicability only to unpaid milestones raised before voting.
