Abstract
Amendment to approved proposal #407. It carries out the re-evaluation provided for in the proposal Volatility Stipulation and CIP-0100: from Milestone 3 onward, each tranche is scaled at payment by the ratio of the 30-day average CC/USD price at submission to the 30-day average at payment, in both directions. No amounts change now and the total stays 1,300,000 CC.
