Abstract
Canton applications currently lack reusable Daml components for verifying zero-knowledge proofs, limiting their ability to validate claims derived from private external data without relying on trusted intermediaries. HashCloak will implement Groth16 and UltraHonk verifiers in Daml, while Primus will integrate the UltraHonk verifier into its zkTLS system and deliver an end-to-end reference workflow. This will give the Canton ecosystem open-source verification infrastructure for using authenticated private data in applications without disclosing the underlying data.
