Abstract
DIA proposes an open-source, Canton-native Multi-Oracle Aggregator that provides applications with a stable interface for evaluating multiple authorized oracle inputs through configurable quorum, freshness, deviation, and provider-health controls. The project will deliver Daml contracts, ingestion and relaying components, monitoring, deployment tooling, documentation, independent security review, and a MainNet reference deployment supporting Consensus and Guardian modes. This will reduce single-provider risk, lower integration costs, and establish reusable oracle-resilience infrastructure for lending, collateral, stablecoins, tokenized assets, settlement, and other price-dependent Canton workflows.
