Abstract
canton-testkit is a library for writing end-to-end tests for Canton dApps. Right now each team writes its own harness to create and fund parties, connect a wallet, sign and submit transactions, and check the resulting ledger state. canton-testkit covers those steps with one API built on the Wallet Gateway's user and dApp JSON-RPC APIs and the official wallet SDK. It doesn't automate a UI and works with any test runner. We'll publish it and keep maintaining it, so a team can add end-to-end tests to its pipeline without building that setup first. It addresses RFP-18 (Integration into SDLCs)
